Highcon: E-commerce driving digital adoption
Digital converting specialist Highcon has identified the increase in e-commerce as a driving factor in growing adoption of digital technology.

Debuting at CCE International, Highcon will use its presence to focus on this trend.
Jens Henrik Osmundsen, vice president of sales and EMEA general manager at Highcon, commented: ‘With the increase in online e-commerce, the introduction of digital technology into this market offers a valuable solution to the market requirements for rightsizing, the reduction of over-packaging, and dual-purpose packaging that enables brands to ship to shelf.’
Highcon added Euclid IIIC last year, the latest version of its digital cutting and creasing technology for folding cartons and corrugated applications.
On March 13, Osmundsen will present a seminar, ‘Start with finishing! The smart way to go digital’. He will be joined by Laura Heuchemer, owner and chief marketing officer at Heuchemer Verpackung, who will be describing working with the Highcon Euclid IIIC.
CCE International is collocated with ICE 2019, and takes place March 12-14 in Munich, Germany. For more information on this event and others see the L&L Events diary
