South African packaging materials supplier invests in Rotocontrol

South African packaging materials supplier Triocorp has opted to invest in an RSC slitter rewinder from finishing machine specialist Rotocontrol.
 
The RSC slitter rewinder will be supplied through Rotocontrol’s South African agent, Rototec, who will also provide installation and support to Triocorp.
 
Triocorp supplies blank and colour self-adhesive labels, thermal transfer ribbon, litho forms, packaging materials and print technology services throughout South Africa. Headquartered in Durban, Triocorp also has offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
 
Representatives from Triocorp attended Labelexpo Europe 2011, Brussels in September last year, where they were provided a first-hand demonstration of the RSC slitter rewinder's capabilities on the Rotocontrol stand.
 
In subsequent meetings, between Pascal and Michael Aengenvoort, director and business development manager respectively at Rotocontrol, and Fergal Casey, Bob Anthony and Anthony Hill, all directors at Triocorp, an official order was placed
 
Key technology features and Triocorp's ongoing relationship with Rotocontrol were factors in the company's decision process. Anthony, Triocorp’s production director said: ‘Our long-standing relationship with Michael, Patrick and Pascal Aengenvoort was also a key factor in our purchasing decision as they have proven to consistently provide outstanding service and support that we can count on.’
