ABG celebrates record success at Labelexpo

The company also showcased 14 machines at the show, illustrating its wide range of finishing technologies for both labels and flexible packaging.

A B Graphic International (ABG) has recorded a series of global sales, marking Labelexpo Europe 2025 its most successful one in recent years. The company unveiled a couple of new products and saw strong customer engagement at the exhibition.

At the forefront of ABG’s showcase was the new DigiLase Duo, a laser die-cutting system designed to deliver double the efficiency by harnessing two light sources. The system represents a significant leap forward in digital finishing technology, also integrating ABG’s innovative QuickSwitch turret module, which enables faster and more efficient roll changes. This combination allows customers to achieve greater productivity and reduced downtime, meeting the growing demand for speed and flexibility in modern label production.

According to the company, the DigiLase Duo proved to be a standout attraction at the show, securing multiple sales. The first was to Cimpress Australia, part of the Vista group, in partnership with ABG’s distributor, the Currie Group, marking a significant milestone for the new system’s global rollout. Additionally, ABG confirmed the sale of another DigiLase Duo to Printed Easy in the UK. A long-standing partner, Printed Easy now operates ten ABG machines across its portfolio, including DigiLases, Digicons and sheeting machines.

ABG’s integrated finishing portfolio also pulled more sales activities. These included an ABG non-stop unwinder and rewinder for the HP Indigo V12 digital press, along with a DigiLite, which was sold to Labelisten in Germany. On ABG’s dedicated FlexPack stand, Litogrimamm from Mexico purchased the seaming rewinder that was showcased during the event.

Overall, ABG showcased 14 different machines across two stands, illustrating its wide range of finishing technologies for both labels and flexible packaging. This provided visitors with a unique opportunity to see live demonstrations and explore comprehensive finishing technology all in one location. To support this, ABG mobilized an impressive team of over 60 specialists from Europe and the US, along with its network of global distribution partners, ensuring customers received direct access to top-level knowledge and technical expertise.

Commenting on the exhibition, Matt Burton, ABG’s global sales director, said: 'Labelexpo was a landmark event for ABG, not only because of the new technologies we launched, but also for the number of sales and partnerships secured across different regions. It was fantastic to welcome so many customers from around the world, and the feedback and orders we received confirm ABG’s position as the trusted market leader in digital finishing innovation.'

ABG confirmed that, in addition to the headline sales announced, numerous extra deals were signed during the show, with further orders expected in the coming months. This strong pipeline highlights the ongoing confidence customers have in ABG’s products and the company’s ability to deliver market-leading automation, efficiency and reliability to an evolving global industry.
