Rhyguan promotes converting technology at LMAI Conference 2025
The LMAI Conference will take place from July 3–6 in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Rhyguan, represented in India by Flexo Image Graphics, has confirmed to promote its smart converting machines at LMAI Conference 2025 to be held under the theme ‘Emerging beyond boundaries’ on July 3–6 in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Happy Cao, export manager, Zhejiang Rhyguan Machinery, said: ‘In the competitive market, Rhyguan machines stand apart through four core pillars—technical superiority, market adaptability, India-specific advantage, and clear value proposition. Our technical superiority is precision, speed, and stability which are critical for labels. When we talk about market adaptability, our products and solutions address material/application diversity and future proofing. After all, we have India-specific advantage as we keep leveraging our partnership with FIG for trust and local reliability. We assure clear value proposition for less waste, more uptime, and quick ROI.’
She continued: ‘We recognize India as a high-growth market where our post-Covid installation volumes of Rhyguan machines are consistently rising across the country year-on-year. Building on this momentum, we aim to drive breakthroughs through our three key innovations—Plus-330/420 as modular systems, Smart-370/450 for intelligent inspection, and Top-330/450 for digital finishing.’
Rhyguan Plus-330/420 are multi-process and combinable modular machines which enable flexible production scaling. Smart-370/450 are AI-driven quality control machines for precision manufacturing. The Top-330/450 are advanced and efficient digital die-cutting systems for streamlined post-press operations.
‘Plus-330/420 are the latest models with some core innovations,’ said Cao. ‘These modular finishing systems feature high-gloss varnish and screen embellishment unit for adding luxury textures and 3D effects to small-batch labels and hybrid digital-analog flexibility to handle complex jobs in a single pass.’
Automation in Rhyguan’s finishing machines tackles the surge in short-run and high-value label jobs. ‘Our breakthroughs in automation include closed-loop servo control; modular auto-registration system; and 24x7 remote diagnostics hub. Real-time machine data are streamed to Rhyguan’s China Technical Center, enabling instant troubleshooting with downtime being slashed by 60 percent via predictive fixes and FIG’s local rapid response,’ mentioned Cao.
Modularity is the heart of Rhyguan’s customer-centric design.
Cao explains that systems like the Plus-330/420 transform rigid production lines into agile, future-proof platforms through on-demand flexibility, zero-waste agility, auto-registration technology, and scalable investment protection. ‘In essence, Rhyguan machines combine brute force with strategic safeguards, ensuring high-speed finishing without compromising to longevity or accuracy.’
Sustainability is engineered into every machine. Rhyguan machines offer efficiency with lower environmental impact through innovations such as energy intelligence to reduce standby energy waste by 40 percent; waste minimization for precision over excess; and AI-powered vision systems (100 percent inspection) to reduce substrate waste by 15 percent by detecting defects in real-time at 150m/min speed.
Rhyguan keeps expanding its clientele in India through dedicated local technical support and after-sales service from FIG whose centralized customer support department is formed by connecting Delhi head office and branches in Mumbai and Chennai.
Flexo Image Graphics has recently installed over 100 machines across India.
