Flint Group gets together

Flint Group Flexographic Products will hold a distributor symposium on 2nd May in Stuttgart as part of an update on market challenges, new trends and technologies, product news and developments, and a presentation of the company’s latest equipment.  The meeting, which will be held at the company’s demo center, will include leading speakers from around the industry.
 
The symposium will be the first time, since its market introduction, that nyloflex NExT Exposure FV will be shown in action.  This innovative UV exposure technology enables easy and sharp reproduction of screens, text and fine line work on flexo printing plates.  The surface texturing allows ink transfer to be significantly improved in the printing process to give an enhanced print quality.
 
The special focus of the event will be automation.  The nyloflex Automated Plate Processor (APP) will demonstrate a high level of standardization and efficiency, which helps to improve plate and print quality.  It has a capacity of up to 120 plates (320 square meters) per day.
 
Flint will also demonstrate the nyloflex In-The-Round technology with the time saving nyloflex ITR Exposure for parallel exposure of two ITR sleeves, and the highly productive nyloflex ITR Processor, in which up to 120 sleeves can be processed each day.
