LabelPress joins the All4Labels Group

The strategy enables All4Labels to enter the durable labels market, where LabelPress plays a major role and to grow rapidly in the region

Mana us, Amazonas, Brazil based converter LabelPress lndustria e Comercio da Amazonia has signed an agreement for the company to become a 100 percent subsidiary of the All4Labels Global Packaging Group.  

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed. 

With this transaction, All4Labels extends its presence to the north of Brazil and is now present in the highly industrialized zone of Manaus. The strategy is to enter the durable labels market, where LabelPress plays a major role and to grow rapidly in the region.
