Phoseon to highlight Nexus One in Mexico

Phoseon Technology is set to display its latest UV LED curing systems for flexographic printing at Labelexpo Mexico 2023.  

Phoseon’s strategic partnership can help customers choose an LED curing system that meets their needs, enabling them to process a variety of materials, including thin and heat-sensitive substrates, at maximum production speeds with low-input power. 

One of Phoseon’s products is the Nexus One UV LED curing system, which significantly advances the flexographic printing process. The Nexus One’s UV LED curing lamps deliver significant dose output for increased print speeds.  

With a five-year warranty for the entire UV LED curing system, the Nexus One offers operational cost savings, up to 70 percent energy savings, increased productivity and a long lifetime without the need for bulb replacements. 

In addition, Phoseon’s Nexus Tower provides a configurable power and control system for Nexus One, which offers a fully integrated product for both new presses and retrofit upgrades.
