AWT Labels & Packaging (AWT) has acquired MacArthur Corporation to broaden its end-market knowledge, engineering expertise, manufacturing capabilities and expand the product offering.
Headquartered in Grand Blanc, MI, MacArthur serves Global 500 customers and suppliers with custom-engineered products built for challenging environments. The company integrates enhanced features, including serialized barcoding, RFID, anti-counterfeit, anti-tamper, and anti-microbial technologies into its products. The business will continue to operate under the MacArthur Corporation name.
