Besides the United States, Beontag operates in other countries, such as Italy, France, Finland, China and others.

This acquisition is motivated by entering a new market and the broad network of customers that Technicote has had for more than four decades and the diversity of products it offers in the segments of graphic and self-adhesive materials.

Technicote’s portfolio offers a wide range of self-adhesive rolls and sheets, as well as silicone-coated release liners, and is a perfect fit for Beontag’s expanding international portfolio of products. Technicote will also integrate many of those products into its North American range.

Technicote was established in 1980 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, to service local roll converters. Since then, the company has consolidated and expanded its business across the North American market. It now operates four factories with over 200 employees. It is ISO 9001 certified and its products are FSC certified.
