Berkshire Labels breaks production record

‘Here at Berkshire Labels we like to enjoy a continuous improving environment and an upbeat attitude so setting goals and milestones is all part of our progressive approach,’ said Paul Roscoe, managing director of Berkshire Labels. ‘Last year we achieved a record 5.5 million impressions off our three HP Indigo presses, so it is great that during the first month of 2020 we have managed to achieve over six million. With all our efforts and focus on improvement projects over the past six months I was confident we should see some benefits but it’s always nice to celebrate a milestone.

‘I remember setting the one million milestone 10 years ago and thinking this was impossible to achieve with just one HP Indigo press, but three years later we hit two million.  It’s great to reflect on all the progress we have made in our Digital Department and this is only made possible with an amazing, motivated, dedicated and committed team of which I feel I have the best. We also have two great partners in HP Indigo and AB Graphics. A partnership approach with both on training and maintenance has also enabled us to push further ahead in efficiencies and productivity this year.’

The company will continue to invest and implement the latest technologies. ‘We will continue to look after each of our amazing customers and support them on their journeys. We will continue to develop and empower the best people in the industry which in turn will allow us all to continue our own progressive journey in this very exciting industry,’ concluded Roscoe.
