Pharma Print, based in Debrecen, has for many years manufactured leaflets for the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets. Through this acquisition, Faller Packaging has expanded its strong network of production locations in Europe.

Pharma Print, a family-owned company with 70 employees, is a supplier of pharmaceutical package inserts to eastern European and international markets.

Headquartered in Waldkirch in the German state of Baden-Württemberg, Faller Packaging specialises in tailor-made, full-range solutions for pharmaceutical packaging. It offers folding cartons, labels and package inserts from a single source.

'Our management team studied Pharma Print for several months and was impressed by the quality of its products, its strong growth potential and compatible company culture,' said managing partner Michael Faller. 'We’re happy to welcome the company to the Faller Packaging family.'

Thanks to the acquisition, Faller Packaging’s European network now comprises eight locations. Together they cover the entire value chain for pharmaceutical packaging, including print data management, sophisticated supply chain solutions for manufacturing packaging material, and packaging services for the healthcare industry.

'Pharma Print is a proven specialist with excellent quality, outstanding delivery performance and a high level of customer acceptance,' Faller said. 'Our new location will give us additional expertise and capacity in the manufacture of leaflets, and it will help us to serve our customers with even greater speed, breadth of support and reliability.'
