Labelprint24 and Packaging Warehouse join All4Labels

All4Labels Global Packaging Group has acquired two European online packaging players Labelprint24 and Packaging Warehouse

All4Labels Global Packaging Group has acquired two European online packaging players Labelprint24 and Packaging Warehouse, in line with its global growth strategy. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition of Labelprint24 and Packaging Warehouse is another critical step for All4Labels in building a leading group of online packaging service providers. In the future, the combined companies will offer an innovative platform and a wide range of packaging technologies from which customers will benefit internationally.
