Alliance Printech reports strong business a year after Labelexpo India debut
Alliance Printech has sold seven in-line flexo presses in the year since its debut at Labelexpo India 2012, writes Aakriti Agarwal.

In the last year, the company has installed a six-color 20in press in Chennai, a six-color 13in press in Noida, and a four-color 17in press each in Ernakulum and Delhi.
A four-color 17in press is ready for dispatch to Delhi for printing medical charts, while an eight-color 13in press will soon be shipped to Bengaluru for printing labels.
Alliance Printech will is also to dispatch a six-color 20in in-line press to Africa. This will be the first export order for its in-line press equipment.
The company has already exported many slitter rewinders across the globe, mainly in countries such as Tanzania and Cyprus. More than 70 of these are installed in India.
Labelexpo India took place on October 29 to November 1, 2012, at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. It will return across the same dates and in the same location in 2014.
Between January and October this year, Alliance Printech sold 22 machines including in-line flexo presses and slitter rewinders. In 2012, the company sold 21 machines in total.
Alliance Printech started operations in 2007, and currently has a plant spread across an area of 7,000 sq ft in Faridabad. The company is in the process of expansion, and plans to move its operations to a new 15,000 sq ft in Faridabad by the end of 2014.
Jatinder K. Julka, director of Alliance Printech said: ‘Labelexpo India was a great platform for us where we sold our first in-line flexo press.’
‘The presses installed in Noida and Ernakulum are being used for labels. The others have been installed in companies mainly into thermal printing and looking to venture into label printing business.’
