AVT sells four inspection systems at Labelexpo India

Aimed at pharmaceutical print houses, the inspection system comes integrated with a detailed reporting mechanism with built-in job archiving, 100 percent verification of 1-D and 2-D barcode and variable codes, verification at the stage of set-up and a validation kit to help the system’s performance and stability.

At the show floor, the company is showcasing the inspection system’s capability to seamlessly integrate with locally manufactured slitter rewinders. Sachin Chitnis, manager technical services, Reifenhauser India Marketing, said, ‘AVT has installed more than 100 inspection systems in narrow web flexo industry, mainly to cater to the pharmaceutical market.’

Optional features include reflective support, backlight, in-line delta e-color measurements anywhere on the image, monitoring repeat trend changes, workflow link, printflow management and label injector or ejector interface.
