Bailprint Labels opts for Nilpeter FA-17

Bailprint Labels has invested in a Nilpeter FA-17 press to increase its production capacity

UK-based Bailprint Labels has invested in a Nilpeter FA-17 press to increase its production capacity, introduce a higher level of automation and produce less waste. This is the company’s third press from the Danish manufacturer.

‘This is our third Nilpeter press, and we’ve built a good partnership with Nilpeter UK, Nick Hughes, and the team. We’ve been very happy with our previous equipment but wanted to modernize, increase speeds and efficiency, and lower our waste output. The new FA-17 does all those things,’ said John Hayward, managing director of Bailprint Labels.

‘The press was installed just last month, and while still early, we’re very pleased with the results. Our operators are getting accustomed to the new equipment, which is very easy to use, and the labels look great,’ added Hayward.

The FA-Line has been built around the modern print operator, with an intuitive user interface and fully mobile print controls. According to the manufacturer, it provides stability, tight register tolerance, and excellent printing results on multiple substrates.

‘John and the Bailprint team are a pleasure to work with, and we’re grateful we get to continue the partnership we’ve built over the years. With the new FA, they’ll be able to meet even more customer demands while seeing positive results on the bottom line. Credit to the Nilpeter UK and Bailprint teams for a smooth installation process during difficult times’ concluded Nick Hughes, managing director of Nilpeter.
