Kroonpress was established in 1990 and is based in Tartu, Estonia, as a part of Media Investments and Holding. The company specializes in producing catalogs, magazines, newspapers, and advertising. Kroonpress also offers a wide range of printing services to its customers across Europe but focuses mainly on Scandinavia and the Baltics.

The company has opted for a fully modular finishing machine, Lemorau MEBR+ in 450mm web width, with a wide range of optional equipment such as corona treatment, two semi-rotary flexo units, turn bar, movable cold foil and lamination, pressure gauges, automatic positioning of the knives, easy strip waste rewinder, air trim removal and turret rewinding.

‘This machine has proven itself as simple to use, reliable in process, and easy to maintain,’ commented Andres Kull, CEO of Kroonpress.

Along with the Lemorau MEBR+, the company has also acquired Lemorau EBM 250, a tabletop die-cutter designed for blank labels, Lemorau CTA1500, a semi-automatic core cutter, and three Lemorau ER 400/900 modified roll lifters to handle rolls up to one meter in diameter.
