Royal Coat, exclusive distributor of Prati finishing machines in India, will soon install Digifast One at Hyderabad-based Pragati Pack.

This will be Pragati's fourth machine installation from Prati and will be used to finish the labels digitally printed on HP Indigo press technology.

Hemanth Paruchuri, director at Pragati Pack, said: ‘We opted for this machine for its quick make ready, high speed and less wastage. Prompt response to queries and the professional handling of the enquiry by Royal Coat also worked in favor of choosing Prati.’

Digifast One comes with smart design and auto-learning that allows for fast set-up and an accurate finishing process. Full compliance to Industry 4.0 standards and the availability to connect it to converters’ MIS allows Digifast One to exploit data and improve production efficiency.

Chiara Prati, sales and marketing director of Prati, said: ‘We have witnessed a huge interest in Digifast One. Expert-eye digital printers have been quick to appreciate the technological systems Prati engineers have implemented. We are happy to announce that an entire new range of finishing processes are ready to be launched.’

Royal Coat will be present at Labelexpo India 2018 with more information on Prati machines and exhibits from its other principals including IST Metz, Rotometal and Zecher.
