Rational Business Corporation invests in AB Graphic Vectra

Vinsak, AB Graphic’s distributor in India, has installed a Vectra ECTR 430 at Rational Business Corporation in Sonepat, Haryana.

Rational Business Corporation directors Ashok Gupta and Ashish Gupta finalized the deal during Labelexpo India 2016.

‘The equipment will prove to be profitable for our finishing jobs,’ commented Ashok Gupta. ‘Attaching ECTR with our existing printing press will produce finished rolls from a wide spectrum of substrates. The cycle time of operation reduces drastically using a fully automatic turret thus increasing productivity and reducing waste.’

The AB Graphic Vectra ECTR 430 has a top speed of 150m/min with 25mm to 76mm diameter mandrels that will help the company to finish rolls in quick succession. Vinsak also installed a USAR slitter rewinder earlier this year at the Rational Business Corporation plant in Haryana.
