The company is debuting at the show its latest servo technology with fast makeready and changeover times.

Plus-330 is a fully modular flexible digital finishing line including flatbed silkscreen printing, flatbed hot stamping and semi-rotary die-cutting. This machine is configured specifically to meet the needs of wine labels converters who seek high quality embellishments.

Another digital converting line, Top-330-Plus-2, combines semi-rotary flexo, semi-rotary die-cutting and inspection into one machine, suitable for both short and medium run digital jobs. The machine features cold foil and lamination and can run at up to 60m/min in semi-rotary mode or 90m/min in full rotary mode.

The third machine is the Smart-420-HMS for 100 percent inspection with high-speed slitting.

‘Nowadays, brand owners are paying more attention to label finishing and there are more and more processes for label products. Thus for label converters, they need to invest more money on various finishing machines,’ said Alvin Cai, general manager of Rhyguan Machinery.

‘I consider a modular design to be a convenient and cost-saving way for converters to finish labels. We design different finishing processes into one module, so customers can select and assemble suitable post-press processing options according to their requirements, which can also be used for off-line.

‘In recent years, our annual sales of equipment has reached more than 400 per year.’

A third of Rhyguan’s sales are overseas, including Europe, United States, South Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia and more.

‘We are a loyal follow of Labelexpo. It’s our fourth time participating at Labelexpo Europe. We will attend Labelexpo Asia in Shanghai in December,’ he added.
