Russian converter buys Lemorau core cutter at Labelexpo

LLC Label Group, based in Moscow, Russia, has purchased a CTA 1500 semi-automatic core cutter from Portuguese manufacturer Lemorau during Labelexpo Europe 2017.

The system allows simple or multiple (up to four) cut lengths from a single parent core. It features automatic core length measurement, user-friendly software and a multi-lingual touch screen.

Minimum cut length is 2mm (0.08 in), and the system can handle core sizes from 25mm up to 152mm (1in to 6 in). Core positioning is handled by a servo motor. The CTA 1500 also features a core edge trim function and total cores counter.
