Soma installs Pluto III at Middle East agent

Soma Engineering has installed a 1,600mm wide Pluto III slitter rewinder at the Printing Training and Exhibition Centre (PTEC) of its agent Iran Rotative in Tehran.

Soma said the installation reflects the commitment of both companies to increase sales and promote the Soma brand in the Middle East. Following installation, the Pluto III was demonstrated during a two-day open house at the PTEC where attendees included visitors from the company’s home market as well as from Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait.

‘The installation of the Pluto III at our PTEC reflects our commitment to the flexible packaging market,’ said Tomas Vrana of Iran Rotative. ‘Our sales and service team has undergone intensive training and are ready to support both our home and export markets. The June open house supported by Soma service personnel was extremely successful and we are already planning a second event scheduled for autumn 2014.’
