Flint runs seminars in Charlotte and Milwaukee

Flint Group Flexographic Products, together with Flint Group Packaging Inks & Narrow Web, has held the first two in a series of four regional technical seminars on June 23 and 25, 2009 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Presentations by Flint Group, as well as guest speakers from All Printing Resources and EskoArtwork, introduced the audience to new products and processes used in flexography. Topics included sustainability, eco-efficiency, G7 methodology and high definition flexo, in addition to the latest in ink, plate and sleeve technology. 

The seminars were reportedly well-attended by converters and trade shop personnel. Attendees commented that they particularly liked the technical agenda and variety of topics discussed. The next seminars will be held on October 20, in Toronto, and October 22, in Philadelphia.
