LemuGroup runs four live demos across two booths

Digital embellishment, RFID converting and inspection slitter rewinder on show in Chicago.

LemuGroup will demonstrate four live production workflows across two booths at Loupe Americas 2026 in Chicago, with three systems running at booth 628 and the I-Max inspection slitter rewinder operating with BST North America inspection technology at booth 637.

At booth 628, the MI 350 Inkjet Digital module will demonstrate on-demand varnish injection for raised visual effects and Braille marking, with immediate job changes and customization beyond conventional flat screen printing. The BOSS configurable digital finishing line, paired with the GTU-26 glueless automatic turret rewinder, will run a single-pass workflow covering web control, semi-rotary die cutting, inspection, slitting and rewinding, with the GTU-26 delivering controlled transverse cutting and closed-loop tension control at speeds up to 820 fpm. The RDX RFID Inserter will demonstrate single-pass inlay insertion, programming and defect detection with vacuum placement accuracy of plus or minus 1 mm and real-time antenna and integrated circuit validation.

At BST North America booth 637, the I-Max modular inspection slitter rewinder will operate alongside BST inspection technology in a connected workflow for defect detection and quality control at speeds up to 1,800 fpm.

'At booth 628, we will showcase LemuGroup's new solutions featuring modular digital finishing equipment, automated processing and rewinding, as well as RFID insertion,' said Eider Lizarbe, marketing manager at LemuGroup. 'At booth 637, our collaboration with BST will show how inspection and defect detection can connect with reliable roll production.'
