Prati brings Saturn and Digi Compact to Loupe

Prati will present two finishing and inspection systems at Loupe Americas 2026 in Chicago at booth 3529: Saturn, its high-speed modular slitter inspection rewinder, and Digi Compact, a compact finishing line targeting digitally printed label production.

Saturn is built on a fully modular architecture with a wide range of upgrade options, designed for finishing, inspection and converting across food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical applications. At Loupe Americas it will be configured with 100 percent inspection and integrated unwinding, slitting and rewinding functions. The Make Ready function streamlines job changeovers, while the FastCut system provides precise cutting across a broad range of substrates.

Digi Compact is a 450 mm roll-to-stack finishing line for digitally printed self-adhesive and linerless labels, operating at speeds of up to 80 m/min and adaptable to roll-to-roll and roll-to-sheet workflows. A flexo unit supports varnishing and spot printing, with a hybrid UV and IR drying system running both water-based and UV inks.
