Kenneth B. Lerman will present a keynote speech at the LPIA 2009 Fall Management Conference September 20-23 at Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia, USA. Lerman is a business growth consultant and National Speaker Association member based in Wichita, Kansas. He has many years of experience in building profitable businesses.

Lerman was recommended by LPIA member Steve Frantz of the Huston-Patterson Corporation. Entitled ‘Doing More with What You Have’, Lerman’s address discusses cost improvement programs, historical perspectives, eliminating customer pain, employee fear, and more.

‘I plan to interview LPIA members prior to the conference so that the program is custom tailored to address their business challenges and to provide ways in which to help them achieve and sustain business success – especially in the current economic climate,’ he said.

Lerman received his MBA in marketing from the Emporia State University in 1976. As a brand manager and strategic and planning executive, he worked for a variety of Fortune 100 companies including H.J. Heinz Company and Johnson & Johnson Company. In 1995, Lerman was elected Kansas vice-chairman and delegate to the President’s White House Conference on Small Business in Washington, D.C.

‘The importance of being relevant and current in all business decision making in this economy has been heightened,’ Lerman said. ‘The attendees will learn how to develop client communications and practices that will keep them current and relevant to the marketplace’s needs and wants.’
