MPS expands in Latin America

In a move that strengthens its position in Latin America, Netherlands based narrow web press manufacturer, MPS, recently clinched orders for three label and package printing presses in Argentina and Mexico.
 
Autopack in Argentina has ordered a fully loaded 10-color EF UV-flexo press line for its HQ in Buenos Aires.  The new press will extend capacity for the printing of prestigious packaging.  Adhe Pel has ordered MPS’ latest model EC UV-flexo press line in 8-color form for its plant, also in Buenos Aires.  The EC-330 press is the first MPS press for the company, and is fully equipped for its business in the wine trade.  According to Daniel Varsky, Adhe Pel’s director: ‘We chose MPS press because of its crisp dot and automated print control innovations.’   
 
In Mexico, Technolito, has installed an EC-410 line in Col, Pensil.  The 8-color press, which is equipped with automated print control (APC), will be used for printing shrink sleeves.
