Atlantic Zeiser expands Digiline range

Designed for sector-specific applications, Atlantic Zeiser has expanded its Digiline system options for printing, coding, serializing and verifying roll materials, sheets and 3D products. The company will demonstrate applications for booklet labels at Achema in Germany, June 18 to 22.
The modular design includes components for variable inkjet printing on a variety of different materials, verifying the print results and product tracking throughout the logistics chain.
An Omega DoD inkjet printer with environmentally-friendly Smartcure UV LED curing system, as well as the Vericam camera-based verification unit, are combined with the Digiline.
The key feature is said to be the ability to print and code from the first label. In the event of production-related pauses, Atlantic Zeiser’s BLS machine software ensures the transport runs automatically to the point of the last correctly printed label.
