Grafotronic to launch range of new finishing machine models

For digital finishing, the company is showing four new fully modular digital finishing machines including hot stamping, embossing and flatbed screen. Other new modules are the Lasx laser die-cutting system, a complete multilayer label module and a high speed non-stop line with Gigafast semi-rotary die-cutting at 160m/min. The system can be upgraded with any modules in the future.

Grafotronic is offering a range of compact machines with three models and for the first time the MCF with a new and operator-friendly design.

Three new inspection slitter rewinders are being introduced at the show. The HI3 for 100 percent inspection and high-speed slitting is the third generation of the HI with hundreds of installations worldwide.

The SR3 is a new vertical slitter rewinder with a lower budget but fully servo driven and the Pharma2 is a ‘200 percent’ re-inspection machine for pharma and security labels. The machine is equipped with inkjet numbering with inspection and automatic set up of tensions and slitting systems.

Grafotronic is also showing converting machines from the DC2 range with four new innovations that will be producing blanks and pre-printed labels during the show.
