They include the latest version of Packz, which has optimized usability and added many feature extensions – including option for variable data printing. Hybrid Software also offers Stepz, a new interactive software package based on the award-winning technology of Packz. It allows the preparation and execution of Step-and-Repeat and VDP tasks for digital printing of labels and folding cartons.

Hybrid Software has developed Cloudflow for digital press drivers for HP Indigo, Xeikon and Domino. The new Cloudflow RIP version offers seamless screening for plate sleeves, a new calibration application, and NPC support. The Cloudflow plug-in suite facilitates interaction with the workflow from the desktop or from Adobe Illustrator and Packz. Further, Cockpit is a new process management and integration module for Cloudflow.

Hybrid Software also offers Tectonics, a job assembly application to save plate material, and new drivers for EyeC and BST eltromat inspection and quality control systems.

‘Hybrid Software understands that users demand more and more IT-centric solutions. We are in an ideal position to combine our packaging print expertise with IT knowledge, offering printers and converters future-proof technology based on industry standards,’ said Christopher Graf, Hybrid Software chief marketing officer. ‘We continue to build on Packz, the standard for PDF editing and the Cloudflow enterprise packaging workflow system. It’s why we now have a quickly expanding and very active install base of 3,000 Packz and 600 Cloudflow users. We hope to extend the number of printers and converters who rely on us, during Labelexpo.’
