Linerless technology from Ravenwood revealed

Nobac Stacker

Ravenwood Packaging will showcase a new innovation, the Nobac Stacker, in addition to its flagship applicator, the Nobac 500, and Com500 coater at the upcoming Labelexpo Europe.

The Nobac Stacker has been designed by Ravenwood for industries that want to opt for a greener type of labeling. The label stacking machine cuts and stacks linerless labels at a rate of 100 per minute to a height of 140mm, dependent on label gsm, in one operation.

Ravenwood will also demonstrate its Com500 coater on a life-sized LED video wall. The coater is said to be the only system dedicated to running and delivering high quality Ravenwood linerless labels. It is designed to work to the specification required for applying labels to food packaging using Nobac 500 machine range. A Nobac 500 will also be applying linerless labels to packs on stand in live demonstrations.

The company will also take part in the Sustainability Café, showcasing linerless as the label of choice for a more carbon neutral type of labeling.
