New luminescence sensors from Tri-Tronics

Tri-Tronics has introduced a full line of luminescence sensors available with dual analog and digital outputs. The Stealth-UV sensors were designed to detect the presence of invisible fluorescent materials contained in, or added to many products. Now users can reportedly detect the most difficult targets including label verification, clear tamper-proof seals, glue and adhesives, thread-lockers and invisible registration marks.

‘These unique sensors are also ideal for solving many of today's toughest problems in analog process control and digital verification,’ said the company in a statement.

Features and benefits include:
• Digital outputs: NPN and PNP
• Analog outputs: 4-20 mA, 0-5 V or 0-10 V
• 8 bit analog resolution
• Fast response, 200 μs
• One-touch AUTOSET Set-Up
• Four set point modes: Mid-Point, Two-Point, Light State, and Dark State
