Phoseon Technology delivers smaller LED curing lamps

Phoseon Technology has introduced a new design for the FireFly FF200 25x20mm and 50x20mm UV LED curing products. This new 4W/cm² air-cooled product provides a small body frame for full cure applications addressing space constraints in printers.

FireFly products are suitable for digital inkjet, adhesives and small area curing applications where the simple and fast curing of heat-sensitive substrates is vitally important.

Utilizing Phoseon’s patented SLM technology, the FireFly FF200 is said to provide customers with following benefits: air-cooled (seamless integration); single connector for data/power; small form factor (small footprint); low maintenance; and 4W/cm² peak irradiance.

The new FireFly FF200 25x20mm and 50x20mm products will be available in the second quarter of 2012 in both 395nm and 365nm wavelengths. These new products will be on display at the upcoming drupa trade fair in Dusseldorf, Germany, at the Phoseon stand 9A46.
