Rogers to show cushion mounting tapes at Labelexpo

Rogers Corporation will exhibit its full line of R/bak SA 2000 cushion mounting tapes at Labelexpo Europe. 

R/bak cushion-mounting materials offer various compressibility levels to accommodate a full range of printing applications. The SA 2000 open cell polyurethane mounting tapes are said to absorb shock better, which contributes to improved operating performance through faster start-ups, higher line speeds, fewer press adjustments and less damage. In addition, the SA 2000 products include a poly coated paper liner and differential acrylics adhesives in a special construction designed to provide easy handling and long-lasting performance in any printing environment.

Rogers will also exhibit its range of R/bak PSA2 Thin Tape series of cushion mounting tapes. These rubber-based adhesives offer high adhesion and shear properties in comparison to acrylic or silicone. They are best used in printing applications that are susceptible to UV and elevated temperatures.
