Sani-Blast reengineers anilox roll cleaning system

Sani-Blast has reengineered its anilox roll cleaning systems to make them more powerful and user-friendly. The horsepower has been increased for smoother operation and the vacuum increased for better dust control.

The systems still offer an on-press or off-press option using a formulation of sodium bicarbonate. Baking soda is sustainable and so gentle it can be applied at high pressure to reach the bottom of the anilox roll cell without danger of damage to the highest line count rolls, says the company. This operation is dust-free and requires no recycling, which means dried ink and glue is not recycled.

Sani-Blast offers an anilox roll cleaning service in its facility and on or off-press cleaning service in customer’s facilities.
