Tri-Tronics intros Smarteye SmartDot laser sensor
Tri-Tronics has introduced a unique laser sensor with an OLED graphic display that provides visible feedback of proper set-up and continual monitoring of performance.
The Smarteye SmartDot laser sensor has been designed to detect the most difficult small parts at longer ranges than conventional photoelectric sensors, and is suitable for micro-part detection and inspection.
Features of the new laser sensor include the OLED graphic display, Sensor Scope diagnostics, push button autoset, a 240us response time and a 10-LED contrast indicator. Short range, long range and retroreflective models are available.
