Label-Aire has announced new additions to its line of pressure-sensitive labeling systems: the Inline 5100 and Inline 6200.

The Inline 5100 is a rugged stainless steel cabinet based (including frame and side plates) labeling system that can be outfitted with Label-Aire's full range of 3100/3000 Series applicators (wipe-on, air-blow, tamp-blow). The Inline 5100 has a smooth-running Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) conveyor which improves label placement accuracy. It automatically spaces products and has a user-friendly operator interface. The Inline 5100 is designed for reliable full- and partial wrap labeling at medium- to high speeds, high-volumes and multi-shift operations.

The Inline 6200 labeling system is a stainless steel cabinet-based PLC-controlled labeling system designed for heavy duty front/back-, side panel-, or wrap labeling applications. Among its standard features are a rotating control panel, a 12 foot (3,658 mm) delrin chain conveyor with stainless steel side plates, and a segmented top trap hold down to keep products in place. Other standard features include Automatic Speed Following (ASF) for product surface profiling, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), and dual applicator mounts with in/out traverse, up/down, with tilt adjustments for maximum versatility. The machine has standard speeds of up to 2,000 inches (50.8 m) per minute. The 6200's options include a choice of 3100/3000 Series applicators (wipe-on, air-blow, or tamp-blow), wrap belt, single or dual feedscrews, stainless steel side plates, stainless steel frame, stainless steel cabinet, airfill capability, and powered or non-powered impressors.
