Maxwell WA is the new water-cooling, long-arc reflector from Italy-based UV Ray. The product comes with the same features and sizes of those models with forced air cooling: fully extractable, high performance, low working temperatures and refrigerating power lowered to a third of the total feed.

Maxwell WA uses low-pressure water recirculation and that enables the use of standard pipes (10 to 12mm) and a refrigerating group with low sizes. These advantages are claimed to enable compact, easy and quick assemblages and 30 percent energy saving for every three reflectors installed. The exclusive Smart Start is a low-power starting system that uses less than 50 percent of the maximum energy necessary for the initial input. Therefore, the lower need of power avoids the adjustment of the electric system.

Maxwell WA is suited to both foil and central drum machines. Several years ago UV Ray engineered and developed Maxell CI, a lamphead with extreme compact dimension (80mm width).

In addition, the long life and the easy replacement of the lamp, thanks to its fully extractable features, lower machine stops and their duration with consequent economical advantages, says the company.
