3 Sigma Corporation makes numerous additions to its staff


Jeff Groza has joined 3 Sigma as its account manager for the northern sections of Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania and will also cover the state of Michigan. Groza brings twenty plus years of sales and account management experience, primarily in the pressure sensitive field, and has significant knowledge of both tapes and automotive markets.


Beth Radford is the company’s newest representative in the customer service group. Radford has a strong background in both account management and purchasing in the pressure sensitive and tapes industry with over 12 years experience. Radford'sprimary responsibility will be for customer and sales support in the southeastern and midwestern state regions.


Elizabeth Cool has joined 3 Sigma as its newly defined sales and operations administrator. Cool has a background in both marketing and administration functions as well as account management and will be responsible for managing and coordinating our project management and CRM systems.


Jim Crichfield has moved from its customer service group into the new position of project/quality specialist. Crichfield will be supporting the company’s technical group to expedite product development and quality projects, and to increase service levels to our customer base for sample and prototype programs.
