Dagmar Rehm has joined KBA’s supervisory board

Neubürger departed the KBA supervisory board, of which he was chairman, at the end of February at his own request. KBA named Gottfried Weippert as its temporary supervisory board chairman before appointing Dr Martin Hoyos as his full-time successor.

Neubürger’s seat on the supervisory board has remained vacant since then, but has now been filled by the financial expert.

Rehm is CFO at Bilfinger Industrial Technologies. She worked in finance and accounting from 1989 to 1995 at the former AEG and, until 2005, held senior commercial positions at German railway firm Deutsche Bahn. She later became senior vice-president for corporate controlling at tour operator Thomas Cook.

In June 2008 the financial expert moved to the construction and services group Bilfinger Berger SE in Frankfurt/Main as CFO of the division Concessions and since the beginning of 2013 has been CFO/commercial managing director of the division Bilfinger Industrial Technologies.

She is also the first woman since the company’s listing on the stock exchange nearly 30 years ago to hold a seat as a shareholder representative on the supervisory board.
