Dantex has appointed Paul Wilkinson as its new chief financial officer.
Wilkinson joins Dantex from IWG-Regus, where he served as head of finance and treasury, overseeing financial operations across more than 120 countries. In this role, he managed the group’s financial structure and maintained relationships with a broad network of international business partners.
He brings experience from senior finance roles at major multinational organizations, including IWG/Regus, Eaton Corporation, Maus Frères and Merck (Germany), and this expertise in global finance, treasury operations and international corporate structures will be an asset.
In his new role, Wilkinson will manage the financial reporting and oversight of Dantex, oversee all matters for individual subsidiaries, coordinate group-wide financial processes and support the company’s strategic ambitions, particularly its focus on growth through continued investment.
Based at the group’s Geneva office, Wilkinson will work closely with teams across all regions to support the business's long-term success.
Wilkinson said: 'I am delighted to join Dantex Group at such an exciting time. The group has a strong international footprint, a clear strategic vision and a well-established reputation for innovation and investment. I look forward to working closely with teams across the business to support sustainable growth, strengthen our financial foundations and help deliver on Dantex Group’s long-term ambitions.'
Ben Danon, Dantex CEO, added: 'Paul brings a wealth of global financial experience that will be invaluable as we continue to invest in the group’s growth. His background in managing complex international operations, combined with his strategic mindset, makes him an excellent fit for Dantex. We are very pleased to welcome him to the leadership team and look forward to working together as we build the next phase of the group’s development.'
