Encore Packaging Solutions appoints sales manager

MacIntyre has worked within the packaging industry since 1982, from sales office manager to sales director roles.

Encore Packaging Solutions said he is highly experienced in identifying and developing business opportunities that deliver on long-term, sustainable profitable relationships across all end-user markets.

Encore Packaging Solutions manufactures a range of packaging products, from corrugated outer packaging and printed folding cartons to the window packaging within Easter egg boxes, at its multi-purpose site.

Russell Croisdale, managing director of Encore Packaging Solutions, said: ‘I was happy to welcome Alec to Encore and his appointment is a marker of my intentions for the business. I loved his enthusiasm for the company and his wealth of sector experience, we have certainly gained a great asset.

‘We’re continuing to invest in new equipment to ensure our plant remains at the peak of its efficiency and our employees remain at the core of this development program. We value our staff and want them to stay with Encore – in the last four years alone we’ve had 17 people celebrate their 20-year anniversaries with us, and we expect more over the next few years.’

Encore Packaging Solutions recently welcomed a group of apprentices to the company.
