GSI Technologies names new president and COO
GSI Technologies has named Dave Austin as its new president and chief operating officer.

GSI Technologies is an Illinois-based manufacturer of printed electronics and industrial graphic products. It was founded in 1985 and has expanded into printing pressure-sensitive labels and conductive printed products, such as RFID tags, smartcard displays and electroluminescent lamps. Since 2004, it has been a part of Thrall Enterprises.
Austin (pictured, top) replaces Jack Kraemer, who is to retire from the company.
Jeff Thrall, chief executive officer of Thrall Enterprises, said: ‘We want to thank Jack for his leadership and contributions to GSI Technologies’ growth and success. He has led our organization through numerous changes and has helped to build strong capabilities for the future.’
Austin joined GSI Technologies in 2007 as vice-president of finance, controller.
