Harper appoints grandson of founders as new president

Kluttz is the grandson of founders Ron and Katherine Harper. Throughout his career, Kluttz has risen through the ranks of the company. His previous roles have included various manufacturing positions, technical analyst, customer service and production supervisor, manufacturing manager, vice president of manufacturing operations and, most recently, vice president of operations.

In his new position as president, Kluttz will continue to lead the company toward positive global growth as an innovator in the printing and packaging industries.
