Reel and Shaft Handling appoints operations manager

Reel and Shaft Handing, based in Bury, UK, has appointed Tamara Skillin as its operations manager. Her new role will be to strengthen the structure of the company as it develops, while also offering day to day customer support.

Skillin joined Reel and Shaft Handling at the beginning of June from Imperial Consultants, where she worked for twenty years as operations manager.

‘The company has huge potential and over the next twelve months will see major expansion which I want to be a part of,’ said Skillin. ‘I am looking forward to the challenges that this will bring and hope to use all the skills and experience I gained whilst setting up and expanding Imperial Consultants.’

Reel and Shaft’s managing director Stephen Weston commented: ‘Tamara is already enhancing the day to day running of the company. I am confident she will be a great asset in growing the company.’

Reel and Shaft plan to appoint a new sales person in the next month.
