Soma appoints global sales and marketing director

He will be responsible for sales strategy and growing international sales within the organization.

Squarcina has 25 years worldwide sales experience, and has held key positions at companies involved in different sectors within the industry, such as flexographic, gravure and digital printing, pharmaceutical and general building to infrastructure.

Pavla Kusa, a member of family business Soma, said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Squarcina into the team. He is a professional and enthusiastic individual with long-term experiences in sales from the packaging industry. He will play an important role in helping us build on our existing success in current as well as new markets.

Our company has been growing significantly over the last few years and we plan further growth for next year. We are investing into new production facilities in Lanskroun, Czech Republic as well as investing into strengthening our sales organization.’
