Technicote names new director of operations

Higaki took up the post on May 6.

Prior to joining Technicote, he worked in various operations management roles, including as director of operations for American Decal, operations manager at Rexam Release, plant manager of Avery Reflective, and general manager of ITW’s coding products group.
