WestRock appoints Ingevity board

He was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Alcoa for nearly a decade, retiring in 2006. He also served as a member of the board of directors of MeadWestvaco Corporation and its predecessor Westvaco from 2001 to 2015.
Other members include: Jean S. Blackwell, a former 16-year executive with Cummins, Inc.; Luis Fernandez-Moreno, a senior vice president of Ashland; J. Michael Fitzpatrick, PhD, who is a member of the board of directors of packaging company Novolex; Frederick J. Lynch, president, CEO and board member of Masonite International Corporation; and Daniel F. Sansone, a former 26-year executive with Vulcan Materials.
Michael Wilson, Ingevity president and CEO, will also serve on the board, and said: ‘Our newly appointed board is comprised of senior executives with diverse functional strengths and outstanding leadership experience in specialty chemicals and industrial markets.
