RotoMetrics expands production in Asia-Pacific

RotoMetrics has begun production of AccuFlex flexible dies at its Melbourne facility in Australia, along with manufacture of the full range of Gerhardt-brand flexible dies, including the laser-hardened 5* range.
 
AccuFlex is designed to offer top performance on thin film liners and other challenging materials, with its more acute blade angles, razor sharp/high precision cutting edges, extreme precision and total plate height tolerance of +/- .0001" (2.50 microns).  The 5* flexible die is laser hardened for increased durability, and offers enhanced die life for a wide range of applications, including abrasive materials.
