Synthetic paper for print applications and labels is now available through the GPA network.

PPG has entered into a new authorized distributor partnership with printing services company GPA, broadening the distribution of PPG Teslin substrate for a range of commercial printing and label applications.
The alliance brings the PPG Teslin portfolio of synthetic paper options to the brands and products GPA supports globally. PPG Teslin synthetic papers are designed for commercial printing and pressure-sensitive label applications that demand durable, secure performance.
'PPG and GPA have shared a long-standing relationship to deliver high-performing applications to the print, graphics and labels industries,' said Amy Donato, PPG global strategic marketing director, Teslin substrate, specialty products. 'Our new authorized distributor partnership marks an exciting next chapter in bringing innovative printing applications to more customers and markets.'
With strong bonds, easy application and high printability and versatility, PPG Teslin substrates also contain up to 60 percent less plastic compared to other synthetic paper.
'As part of the partnership, GPA will bring our customers' visions to life and help them to meet business goals through the unique performance properties of Teslin substrates, including durability and conformability,' said Kim Hajec, senior vice president of marketing and corporate strategy at GPA. 'We're thrilled to enter into this authorized distributor partnership.'
