AVT showcases innovation in print inspection at Labelexpo Europe

The company marks its debut at the event since becoming a standalone business, focusing on automation, machine monitoring and production control.

AVT (Advanced Vision Technology) has confirmed that it will demonstrate its latest innovations in print inspection at its stand 5D37, in Hall 5 at Labelexpo Europe.

The company marks its first appearance at the event since becoming a standalone business. AVT will highlight a comprehensive approach to automation, machine monitoring, and production control. 'From real-time data intelligence to AI-powered automation, AVT solutions are designed to empower converters with smarter, faster and more sustainable production capabilities,' said Guy Yogev, vice president of marketing and product.

'At the heart of this innovation showcase is the varnish inspection module for the AVT Helios. This new technology detects clear varnish problems in coatings and varnishes, such as misregistration, misprint or varnish starvation, in parallel with print inspection.

'We are very excited to introduce our new AI-based innovation - AutoEdit AI, a newly developed module that automates roll/data editing within the AVT 100 percent inspection system,' added Yogev. 'By eliminating manual steps and using big data and AI learning from site-specific quality parameters, AutoEdit AI streamlines workflows and enhances decision-making accuracy, setting a new benchmark for operational efficiency,' he said.

Complementing this breakthrough are the latest advancements in color measurement and inspection from AVT, which together reflect the company’s commitment to delivering a full-spectrum system for print quality assurance.

'AVT SpectraLab XF is the leading in-line spectral machine in terms of color accuracy, correlation, automation, connectivity and reporting,' shared Yogev. 'It ensures brand color consistency, as well as providing full color visibility and alerts in make-ready and run time at any production speed. Each innovation contributes to a unified ecosystem of control, precision, and performance.'

As data becomes a vital part of decision-making and improved efficiency, AVT will also demonstrate new data exporting and dashboarding capabilities to visitors at Labelexpo, alongside detailed live demos at its stand and on selected partners’ stands across the show.

'Our mission at AVT has always been to simplify complexity and elevate quality through intelligent automation,' commented Yogev. 'At Labelexpo, we’re not just presenting individual technologies, we’re demonstrating how our integrated solutions work together to optimize every stage of the print process.'
